Depends on your area as to the value--that would be way too much money for 
around here. Like others said the numbered series had a lot of expensive 
problems--the frame rails had a tendency to break (or was it to break the 
bolts off in the transmisiion) and the PTO clutches are expensive to 
rebuild. Some of the IH decks gave a little better service than others. If 
it is a standard Low-Boy, the only thing it is fit for is to mow grass and 
tow a trailer around the yard. As for myself, I would prefer it had a 
replacement Woods deck.
