[Farmall] Replacing the gas tank

They are definitely screw holes. I peeled the paint off the first 2
blisters and sanded the bond-o down to the metal. Another one has blistered
since. Looks like 3/16" self-tapping screws were used. I'm not sure how
many other holes might be under the paint. I can't imagine what someone
would have wanted to mount on top of the gas tank so badly that they shot
screws into it.
