That is actually a Haban made item. It's a Cat-0 unit that fits on the
larger garden tractors with a 2000 rpm PTO. It would work on something
like a JD 400-455 garden tractor. Not really something that would work
well behind a TO20 without changing the gearbox and lift arms.
