[Farmall] Gas cap on H

Tim, upgraded gascaps are availible from IH due to a recall from years ago.
For a long time you needed the serial # of the tractor, but now that its at
the end of the recall, they will just send you one until the supply runs
out. I don't have the info but can get it from my son.
