Hi Herb.  The wide-angle setting on my camera makes the rear tires look big
at the start of that video, but they're just standard 13.6 x 38s, same as on
the other M series tractors I've owned.  I'm thinking this tractor has some
aftermarket gearing... it just feels one heck of a lot faster than those
other tractors did.  Next time I get it out I'll have somebody pace me in a
car to see what the speedometer says.

Your rear tires look very large; if they are oversize that would result in
an increased speed. Also, lack of wheel weights, lack of water in the
tires, and tire lugs not sinking into the blacktop would all result in a
slight speed increases.  Herb
