[AT] Some ads from the 7/31 Lancaster Farming

Can someone tell me why I am getting these characters in Mikes message: 
“B”
behind 1937 JD unstyled.   I'm assuming I don't have some character set. 
This message isn't the only time I see this.  Just an example.  With my luck 
they will show up as ordinary characters on everyone else's screen.
