Ernie----As Charlie said, a major bearing supplier should be able to help. 
The barrel
style roller bearings were at one time quite popular.  We had an old Mid 
fifties ?? Chevy pickup that
had that style front wheel bearings.

Take what you have left of the bearing(s) to a good bearing supplier and see 
if they can help.
Be prepared for sticker shock, but what the hey.
