does the mag absolutely have to be removed from the tractor to replace the coil, im trying to avoid retiming if possible, thanks, Walt

Been a while since I opened one of them up but it should only be a couple 
screws and probably 2 wires. I'd replace points and condensor while I was at 
it. Check the rotor and cap as well. Shop around for the best price, I use 
Standard Magneto for all my mag parts.
