[Farmall] Super A Carb Leak

Assuming the float is adjusted properly, and there is no dirt that has 
worked it's way into the float valve, my experience has been that the 
screw in seat for the float valve has to be extremely tight for the 
gasket to seal.  Sometimes a touch of TFE pipe paste on the threads and 
fiber washer is needed.
