Mattias, last year there was a web site for a guy that was building those
454 Chevy powered blowers. I couldn't find it. I guess they didn't sell
well enough. Anyway, he had the engine coolant piped through the handle
bars to keep your hands warm.
Sounds like you guys need some Sta-bil for your fuel. Running them empty
before you put them away helps too.

I totally need it, almost like being in love. If I had it I'd even
hope for snow in the summer :-)
On the other hand, when we have ordinary winters the snowblowers
usually becomes filled with gunk instead of gasoline. The shop were I
have mine for some new plastic details have been repairing snowblowers
all the time since december, mostly unused or almost new with fuel
problems,.
