What I don't like is most of the action in these programs is filmed in 
"fast motion". I guess it is done for effect.

I like to see machinery operated under actual conditions. I think this 
sends the wrong message to young people who may be watching these 
programs. Someday they may get a job operating equipment and thing this is 
the way it should be run.

I have written to the DIscovery channel about this but recieved no 
response.
