We are only here from November through March so we don't need to handle the summer valley heat.
Summer in NW WA state is much more bearable! :-)

Dean, I lived out thatta way for about 15 years, almost all up in
Flagstaff and Pinetop-Lakeside---never could take that Valley heat!!!
