Put the seat on backwards.
Extend the stearing shaft so the back of the wheel is in your face.
Problem solved.

But wait.
What if you want to go back and forth.
Make the seat swivel, leave the main wheel in place with the new wheel and extension  fastened to it.
Killed two birds with one stone. Problem is, all the swiveling back and forth might give you vertigo.
