[AT] Spam> bearing cross-reference

We use Motion quite a bit at work. I doubt they could cross over farm
equipment manufacturers numbers, but I may give them a call this week to
see. As the tractors we work on in the shop get older and see less use, we
are starting to use parts that are not OEM to save money. Bearings are a
prime example of that. Price can increase 3-5 fold depending on the quality
of the bearing. For something that will hardly be used, I'm going with the
cheaper items.
As far as proprietary items, there is a bearing used on Cub Cadets that
costs a small fortune, and we have yet to be able to get it anywhere else.
Seals on the other hand are something I prefer to stick with the best
quality, not just the cheapest thing that measures up the same. Once you
start dealing with worn shafts, you need all the help you can get to keep
the grease in!
