[AT] Now PDF Files

There are also some features available from Adobe for doing PDF stuff
online. Check out:

The part about setting it up as a printer is nice. I have that with
Quickbooks but this is a standalone product. So between Quickbooks,
OpenOffice (which I use for most things with my business) and a Dell
all-in-one printer, scanner, fax, copier that outputs to PDF, I have most of
my document needs handled without the costly packages. We unplugged the fax
machine several years back and email PDF's instead. If someone requires a
printout, they can do it from the PDF.

Taking things out of a PDF can be painful. There are tools on my linux
machine I can use for that but haven't really needed to do go that route so
far. I have seen some conversion programs like:

http://www.print-driver.com/download/

That one is a free download for individual use.

Hope this helps.
