I was snowed in at Payson a few years ago.  Dunno how much snow there 
was but it was a bunch.  Probably 15 to 20 inches.  One morning there 
was 6 inches of snow standing on top of the radio aerial on my truck.  I 
had never seen snow without wind before.  Amazing.  That just doesn't 
happen here in Iowa where there is currently 40 MPH winds a howling with 
snow and blowing snow.  I think I paid $2.65 for unleaded regular today.
