[AT] Vertigo

Farmer i also have vertigo it started with me after a stroke in mid 
October. Have found nothing helpful. Can't lay flat on my back to do 
sit ups now. Can't close both eyes at same time unless lying on my 
side????????????? Wish i could give you a sure fix??????????????????
