    Dick;
    Have you ever been checked for blockage in your Carotid artery? This is 
the arteries along the sides of your neck that feeds the brain and other 
functions of the head. Blockage here can be aggrivated when turning your 
head.
    Also a blockage or abnormality in the inner ear can cause such problems.

    Sorry I don't have any remedy to offer you.
