Wayne it's an Amish owned tractor.  The elders won't allow them to own a 
tractor that can be used for pleasure or trasnportation so they buy tractors 
and have steel wheels put on them.  I've seen  new or nearly new 100+ HP 
tractors up that way with steel on them.

This must be way back into the country ...is this for real STEEL on BACK on 
a 1066 IHC??

Int. 1066 Tractor, rebuilt radiator, very good cond., steel on back,
