Dick,

Sorry for the late reply.  Does it bother you when you turn your head or 
even if you look straight ahead and look in a mirror to back.  If it 
bothers you only when turning your head, GET CHECKED IMMEDIATELY!!!  You 
could have a carotid artery partially plugged up, or the nerves in your 
neck could be pressing against the bones.  Either way, not good but both 
can be fixed.
