Measures 3" X 8" X 10 7/8", 4130 pages, weight about 4 pounds, 
Their catalog number 401  for the years 2010 & 2011.

The print size will mean for me to break out the magnifying glass.

Years ago we purchased quite a bit from them, they offered a special
