If you get batteries from Lowes, Home Depot, etc, check the dates on the
patteries. A lot of times they are 2 to 3 years old.... I use my Dewalt
1/4 hex Impact driver with a 3/8 in adapter as a small impact wrench. It
really is a lot handier than my old air wrench that was always hanging the
hose coupler and popping off just when I had crawled down into the truck to
get a part loose.. I just ordered a 3/8 18V impact from CPO outlet. With
the discount and shipping is was just 101.00. Now I can quit worring about
twisting off the 1/4 hex adapter.
