I'd feel a lot better with schedule 80 pipe or at least schedule 40  that 
was not ERW (electric resistance welded, meaning it has a seem lengthways 
down it).

Howard, I use short pieces of black iron on my hoe ,it runs at 1500 psi max
. Be carefull of where you put it though so that it doesnt get caught on
something . The threaded ends can snap off real easy . Its puddled in more
that one spot . Ivan
