[AT] Shrink wrap

[Paul Waugh]

I had this problem  when I first signed up. For the life of me, I don't know 
how, what, were it got fixed. I thought the system had been taken care of, 
but it is one reason people don't use it. I know don't have any trouble now, 
but it took forever before I could load pictures.
