[AT] 3pt mower top link

My Sitrex 3 pt mower has a top link connection that will swivel back and 
forth - so not rigid but no chain type either.

In mowing I want the mower deck to be able to float in most situations 
but I want to be able to raise the deck via the lift arms if needed.
