[AT] Snow Blower

A friend has a similar setup on a 3020 JD. Originally a rear mount 3 point
blower, he had a framework built to mount it on the front with a push bar
running back underneath the tractor. The mid pto on the tractor made it easy
to get the power up front to the blower.
