[AJD] What is this??

It looks like a variation on a 'cultipacker' but it isn't quite the same, 
although the
concept is similar - break up clods with a pull tool. I *know* I have seen 
something
like your tool, somewhere, but I cannot, for the life of me, remember what 
it is called.
