[Farmall] water temperature in 48 super a

I don't know if they were used on the Supers or not, but my '40 A has a 
starting tank and different manifold on it with an internal damper to help 
heat the manifold up before switching from gas to distalite. If you leave it 
closed it will really heat up, you are suppost to swich it to run posistion 
once it is heated up. But like I said, I don't know if they even made the 
distalite version of the Super A.
