[AT] Ford 6000 injection pump

If in doubt, pull the valve cover. Turn it over, watch the intake
valve open and close. Hopefully the timing mark for TDC is where it's
supposed to be and turn it to that. Then follow the instructions in
the book for timing and setting the pump.
