[AT] Have You Seen One of These Before?

Have any of you Green guys ever seen one of these (ebay #280478955807)?  I
assume it replaces the Power Lift/Trol?  And that with it you lose the use
of the Rockshaft?  Or could it maybe combine the functions of both a Baker
Valve and a Power Lift/Trol thus retaining use of the Rockshaft and adding
an external hydraulic circuit ... but maybe not as I only see one Valve
Handle.  It sure has some tight pipe work attached to it.
