[Farmall] Cub fender removal

The remaining bolts should be sufficient to hold things together, 
providing you not going to be bouncing the Cub around while the four bolts 
are out. After you take the fender off, put the bolts back in and hand 
tighten them. This also keeps them from walking away like they sometimes 
do.
