Mike download a copy of Spybot search and destroy.  It's free.  Run that and 
see what it finds.  It could be that the problem is no longer going through 
your machine.  The guy hackers have probably hijacked your e-mail account 
and you will probably have to get Juno to help you.  You might start by 
changing your Juno password.
They  might have a way around that too but it's worth a shot.
