[AT] Demolition

George, I agree with you too. I just wish I could be there, just one time,
when there was a usable combine for sale for $200.00 or $500. Most of the
ones I've found were either beyond repair or NOT FOR SALE or the owner
thought it was made of gold, silver and titanium.

Some years back I was living in a house with window air conditioners and
wanting to upgrade to central AC but couldn't afford it. The military was
demolishing some base housing units nearby that had 1 or 2 year old Trane
central units. The contractor was selling the units for $100 a piece. By
the time I found out about it they were all gone, several were bought by
friends of mine who lived in nice new houses with central air. They all
bought them to put in their shops, garages, etc. Isn't that the way life
seems to go? When you really need something you can't find it. When you
don't someone tries to give it to you.

Charlie
