[Farmall] Old hay rake....mystery item?

Bill my friend has a rake that looks alot like that and I believe his is an I H . 
Not sure of the model number.. I think it works alot better the my New Holland 55,

 found an old hay rake out in a field.  Nobody seems to know anything about
t.  I looked it all over and I can't see any markings on it.  It would need
 little work and some "powder and paint" but all in all I think it might be
 nice little project for me.  Anybody got an idea on what make it is and
