[Farmall] IHC padlock

The lock in the ebay ad was used on toolboxes and battery boxes on
stationary engines and tractors-IH included the lock when new. These locks
were probably also used by the company internally, but were not really a
lock you'd want to secure anything very valuable with.

I am definitely not an expert, but if I remember some discussions on 
another forum, they were company locks for use securing storage bins and 
buildings at the IH plants.
