[AT] Powerpoint question

The message box says at the top:
C:\Documents and settings\Charles Hill\local settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\ZQ...
That's all I can read of it. When I go to documents and settings\Charles
Hill there is no local settings folder.
