Charlie, if your thinking alcohol, that's a big no-no!! It helps cause
gout. I can tell the difference between Bud heavies and Bud lights!
Diet has a lot to do with it. Shellfish is another one that will get you
quick. Broccoli and cauliflower are more bad ones and the list goes on.
I asked them if they expected me to starve to death. I can take the
pills for it about 3-4 days and then it tears my stomach up. Doug T
