Farmer, is the gout still bothering you? Mine has been acting up since
the weather changed. Try cherries. I mix sweet and sour ones out of the
can and eat a spoon full or two every so often. More often when I hurt!
Sour cherries are supposed to be good for gout and the dark ones for
rheumatoid arthritis. Get the ones packed in water. Check around on the
pricing. Meier is the cheapest where I'm at. There is also cherry
extract and pills sold in the health food shops. They're expensive but
they work quicker and a lot stronger dose than just eating them whole.
