[AT] Black Currant Pie

Well it might be an old joke but I've seen it in action. Where I grew up
about the only thing to do other than work or go to school or hunt was to
hang out in the pool hall. Guys would by a bottled Pepsi or Coke and sit it
down for their turn shooting pool. Some of the poorer kids had a habit of
taking a drink and since you didn't want the drink after they drank from it,
they got the whole thing. One day a friend of mine spit in his drink before
he sat it down to shoot. The other guy walked over and spit in too. Now I
don't know if that is where the old joke started or not but I saw it happen
in about 1967 or so.

Old, old, OLD joke, Herb. The way I originally heard it is a guy is in a bar
and has to go to the restroom. He wrote "I spit in this beer!" on a napkin
and set his beer on it. When he came back, it said, "P. S. So did I!"
