[AT] Fiber (Rockwood) Belt Pulleys

Hi all...
I primarily lurk on the list, but I would like to ask question... I recently
purchased a belt pulley for my Massey Harris 101Jr. The pulley is in pretty
good shape, but I was wondering if anyone knows of a place that can replace
the fiber (I think its referred to as Rockwood) lining on the pulley. Also,
is there any sort of special care that can be performed to help preserve
these types of belt pulleys?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
