It looks like it has a cylinder just above the bucket. Something doesn't make sense, the extra "4" shaped arm can't be solid to the right side of the last beam, if that's a triangle, it couldn't pivot. My guess it's an attempt at "extand-a-hoe", but I'm not sure it would let you dig deeper, just reach farther? I think it's too big and awkward for a grave digger.
