Farmer, is the gout still bothering you? Mine has been acting up since 
the weather changed. Try cherries. I mix sweet and sour ones out of the 
can and eat a spoon full or two every so often. More often when I hurt! 
Sour cherries are supposed to be good for gout and the dark ones for 
rheumatoid arthritis. Get the ones packed in water. Check around on the 
pricing. Meier is the cheapest where I'm at. There is also cherry 
extract and pills sold in the health food shops. They're expensive but 
they work quicker and a lot stronger dose than just eating them whole.
