[AT] Why not New Mexico Hello out there

My brother lives about 15 degrees north of the equator on hte island of 
Saipan.  The warmest it ever gets there is high eighties and the coldest 
is in the low seventies, year round.  No old tractors though, cars last 
about 10-15 years and heavy machinery lasts maybe another five before 
rust takes all.
