The seat bracket tells me its a Pony but the front support bracket for the
front end says something else.

It could be a Pacer, or it could be a late model (1957) Pony or it could be
that elusive gray Ferguson Pony!! The front end of all three tractors used
the what I call the Pacer front end - it has the additional support on
the brace going from the spindle to under the middle of the tractor and the
spindles are longer.

The serial number will solve the identity. I think you might be missing a
few other parts as well - like the dash, the tool box assembly and the
side curtains. All are readily available You were correct about no 3 pt. It
must be homemade.

Hope this helps and congratulations on your purchase - the price is right
on any of them because they are all somewhat special Pacer - 2700 made, 1957
 Pony - 127 made, Gray Pony - about 800.
