[AT] Case VAC belt pulley

I have the belt pulley for my VAC but it is off. I assume in order to
allow shifting without it coasting too long. My question is, did Case
provide a stub shaft guard to keep from getting wrapped up in it when
the pulley was off?
I can always make a cap but I thought if Case had put one out
originally... Well, you guys know...  :-)
