[AT] JD 214 WS timing problems

I don't know how many revolutions the shaft makes but being 180 out  
sounds plausible.

If it's like my IH 46 the plunger should be near full compression  
when the needles engage and thread the twine. The stop is to prevent  
material from bending or breaking the needles so it goes to reason  
that if the plunger is still mid stroke the needles should be in the  
parked position (keeping the safety stop from the plunger).

Not much help but something to look for.
