[Farmall] Tires for an H

iThe tires will be rock hard all except for the part above the water 
line.  As the tractor is driven it will cut the tires at that point.  
Been a couple posts on the various websites aobut people driving 
tractors with frozen tires and ruining them pretty quickly.
