You can find tires, new and used, on E-bay. Also try Craig's List. You may 
have to try several different sorts to find what you're looking for.

You can also go to the ATIS website and look for the salvage yard listing 
to find a salvage yard that might have used tires cheap.

Go to  www.atis.net and look under "Additional A.T.I.S. Services". They're 
listed by state so that will help finding the ones in Oh and Mi.
