[Farmall] 1947H Is Actually 1943 H???

yup, according to guy Fay's Data book, M = 1943.  Since the date 
indicates May, and castings were normally age before using,(normally 
around 3 months or so),  the tractor would have probably been 
manufactured in August or a little later.
