    Doug seems to have it right. Looks like a Wallis model OK, 15-27 made 
from 1927 to 1929. Wallis line was sold by Case Plow Works to Massey Harris 
in 1929 and they likely built the same tractor as the 20-30, still under the 
Wallis badge. This tractor was also built as orchard and industrial models 
with some modifications.
